To understand our internal functioning, our state of health and the diseases that afflict us, projected in the body or emotions, we must account for the connection between the internal environment and the external environment of human beings; , our metabolic relationship and its relationship with the climate where we are located, the place we inhabit, the type of work we do, and mainly the planetary influence from the moment we were born, as well as the current celestial transits.

During full Moon, many people become more sensitive or even have a certain vulnerability in behavior. But in Jyotish, the moon rules our mind in all its fullness, our mental field is made up of lunar energy thus if we want to understand our psyche, manage our emotional field, and harmonize our nervous system, a good start is to know the characteristics of the moon and how it exercises a direct action on us, then adopt the recommendations that Ayurveda offers.
The moon in us represents our cosmic mother, and bring us happiness, inner home, love, nourishment, care, happinnes, and beauty. We can feel the Moon with energy Shakti, with night, with love, with water. She is always there nourishing us in her harmonious and refreshing company. Always present and unconditional as a kind Mother.
While the sun represents fire -agni- who helps us in digestion and metabolization, the Moon represents the water that nourishes the process of life, it is call SOMA, which in us manifests as an internal nectar that provides a happiness, besides heal our nerves, tissues, muscles, hair and skin.
